Shipping & Returns

RETURNS:

All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be charged for each item returned. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from date of request. All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in an as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Apparel must not be worn or washed and tags must not be removed. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, spare ECUs, wheels, exhausts, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable.

Any parts removed from vehicles are returned to the customer immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all parts are received upon collection of the vehicle. The company will not be held liable for parts not collected on release of vehicle. Any parts not collected will be deemed abandoned and accordingly scrapped.

CLAIMS:

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged via transit, you should immediately notify VAG Motorsport and the carrier. All merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return damaged part(s) to VAG Motorsport without prior notification.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:

Payments can be made by EFT or Cash. Payments must be made upfront before delivery or collection. Proof of payment will be required. 

We reserve the right to withhold the release of your vehicle until payment has been received in full. Late or non-payments will also be subject to interest and storage costs where applicable.
