The MMR Performance BMW magnetic differential plug is a simple yet effective upgrade that can dramatically increase your diff’s lifespan. As the differential wears, tiny metallic particles become suspended in the oil, accelerating wear each time you drive. Our magnetic plug will help to separate these ferrous particles out.

Fitment for all BMW differentials with a M22 x 1.5 thread.

There’s no avoiding it, your differential wears a tiny amount each time it runs. So, it becomes inevitable that tiny ferrous particles become suspended in the oil. They quickly make their way around your diff, slowly contributing to increased wear.

Our magnetic diff plug has a large surface area magnetic end, which helps to catch metal particles. And of course, the harder your diff works, the greater the risk of this nasty metallic debris, meaning the greater the benefit of using our magnetic plug.

The MMR Performance magnetic differential plug is crafted from T6-6061 lightweight aluminium and is anodised in our trademark finish. It’s supplied with a sealing washer.
